Portico Construction Update

Welcome back to LUXE BLOG. The last time we did a Portico construction photo update was six months ago (May 2024). Since then, much has changed. The project is looking really good. Also, next door to Belgravia Group's Portico, Streetlights' luxury apartments known as The Beverly are now renting and people are living in project. Additionally, Belgravia Group has begun sales at their follow up project to Portico known as Atavia. Last week, news broke that a important 20-acre parcel of land just east of Portico sold to California developer The Dinerstein Cos. They plan on building hundreds of luxury apartments and townhomes. Just south of Portico (across the 101), Optima McDowell Mountain Village has topped off on the first tower of six. The Parque has been approved for 2.5 miles south of Portico. Dutch semiconductor manufacturer ASM is building their new HQ next door to OMMV. Erickson Senior Living is building an age-in-place community. Further east of DMB's One Scottsdale masterplan, the new masterplan Cavasson is well under way. Toll Brothers is building 136 upscale townhomes in Cavasson. JLB Partners recently proposed a 50-acre development just west of the corridor. And in that same area, Mayo Clinic is building the 120-acre biotech center known as Discovery Oasis.
