The Parque is an ambitious new development in Scottsdale, located on the former CrackerJax site. Approved by the Scottsdale City Council, this $1 billion mixed-use project will feature 1,182 residential units (including condominiums), a five-star hotel with 140 rooms, and over 250,000 square feet of commercial space. With amenities like a two-acre central park, bike stations, and workforce housing, The Parque aims to create a community-oriented environment. Its sustainable design also includes a stormwater system to recharge the aquifer and the planting of more than 1,000 trees.
