Biltmore

Biltmore is one of Phoenix’s established luxury real estate areas, centered around the historic Arizona Biltmore resort and Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. Golf course neighborhoods, guard-gated enclaves, custom homes, condos, townhomes, and villas create a wide residential mix. Palm-lined streets and mountain views add to the setting.

The location puts plenty nearby. Biltmore Fashion Park anchors shopping and dining along Camelback Road, while the surrounding Camelback Corridor adds restaurants, offices, healthcare, and everyday services. Wrigley Mansion overlooks the area near the resort. Downtown Phoenix, Arcadia, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport are also within convenient reach. The Arizona Biltmore itself dates to 1929 and remains one of the area’s defining landmarks.

Community Features

Real estate in Biltmore changes quickly from one pocket to the next. Arizona Biltmore Estates forms a major part of the residential core, joined by communities such as Biltmore Greens, Biltmore Hillside Villas, Biltmore Villas, Colony Biltmore, Taliverde, and Biltmore Mountain Estates.

  • Single-Family Homes: Custom residences, golf course homes, gated properties, and larger luxury homes are found throughout Arizona Biltmore Estates and surrounding enclaves.
  • Townhomes & Villas: Biltmore Courts, Biltmore Villas, and other communities add attached and patio-style residences to the housing mix.
  • Luxury Condos: Optima Biltmore Towers, Esplanade Place, Residences at 2211 Camelback, Fairway Lodge at Biltmore, and other nearby buildings provide condominium options.
  • Guard-Gated Communities: Several residential enclaves offer staffed guard gates and private streets within the broader Biltmore area.
  • Arizona Biltmore Golf Club: Two 18-hole courses run through the area: the Estates Course and Links Course.
  • Estates Course: Tom Lehman designed the rebuilt course on the former Adobe Course site. It opened in 2023 with new routing, greens, bunkers, irrigation, and hundreds of additional trees.
  • Biltmore Fashion Park: Shopping, restaurants, services, and outdoor gathering spaces sit at 24th Street and Camelback Road.
  • Historic Landmarks: The Arizona Biltmore and Wrigley Mansion give the area a strong connection to Phoenix history. Wrigley Mansion dates to the early 1930s and sits on a knoll overlooking the resort.
  • Outdoor Recreation: Piestewa Peak and the Phoenix Mountains Preserve put hiking and desert recreation nearby.

The Biltmore Lifestyle

Golf is woven directly into the neighborhood. So is resort history. The Arizona Biltmore has anchored this part of Phoenix since 1929, while the surrounding residential communities have grown into a collection of custom homes, villas, townhomes, gated enclaves, and luxury condos. Piestewa Peak rises nearby. Camelback Mountain shapes views across portions of the area.

Then there is the location. Biltmore Fashion Park, Camelback Corridor dining, healthcare, offices, golf, and resort amenities are all close to home. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is less than 20 minutes from the Arizona Biltmore under typical routing conditions, according to the resort. For buyers looking at Biltmore real estate, the area offers a broad range of luxury homes and condos within one of Central Phoenix’s most recognizable residential settings.
