The Winfield Hotel & Residences is a boutique luxury project coming to Old Town Scottsdale. Originally approved in 2018, the project was delayed by rising construction costs and the COVID-19 pandemic, but it received fresh approval from the Scottsdale Development Review Board in late 2024. Located at 4221 N Scottsdale Road, this nine-story development will feature 230 hotel rooms, 24 luxury condos, and rooftop solar panels, all designed to infuse modern amenities with Scottsdale’s rich Western heritage.
