The Winfield

The Winfield Hotel & Residences is a boutique mixed-use project in Old Town Scottsdale. It sits along Scottsdale Road near the Scottsdale Arts District. The nine-story development brings together a luxury hotel, about two dozen condominium residences, dining, retail, fitness amenities, meeting space, and below-grade parking. Roughly 230 hotel rooms are part of the larger plan.

The condos occupy the upper portion of the building, with private balconies extending the living space outdoors. That puts the residences above one of Scottsdale’s most active urban districts, close to galleries, restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, Scottsdale Civic Center, and cultural destinations throughout Old Town. The setting is decidedly city-focused, but Camelback Mountain and the surrounding desert remain part of the backdrop.

Hotel, Condos, & Old Town Living

The Winfield adds a small collection of luxury condos to a project centered largely around hospitality. Residential units are planned on the upper floors, while the hotel, restaurant, retail space, fitness facilities, and gathering areas fill out the rest of the building. EV charging and rooftop solar are also incorporated into the design.

Outside, Old Town does much of the work. Scottsdale Road leads directly through the surrounding dining, arts, shopping, and entertainment districts, while Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Arizona Canal are nearby. For real estate in Old Town Scottsdale, The Winfield introduces a limited condominium component within a boutique hotel setting rather than another large standalone condo tower.
