Verdin is a master-planned community in North Phoenix, set along Sonoran Desert Drive near the Phoenix Sonoran Preserve. Taylor Morrison is developing the neighborhood across approx. 470 acres, with single-family homes, preserved desert, trails, and a substantial amenity center.
