“Our eyes are made to see forms in light: light and shade reveal these forms.”
Rising like the sun over Midtown Phoenix is Soleil. Inspired by Original Modernism; built for connoisseurs of live, work, play. There’s a renaissance going on in PHX and you can be close to it all. Uber or light rail yourself to 3rd Street Promenade and into secluded hidey holes! And when you need to unwind? You’re 15 minutes away from exciting, desert hiking trails. It’s here you’ll witness sun-setting colors pour and splash themselves all over the Sonoran Desert.
“Modern life demands, and is waiting for, a new kind of plan.”
Consisting of 20, three-story townhomes, Soleil infuses timeless design, materials, and functionality. The project is smart, electric-car capable, and energy efficient. Adjusting to seasonal changes, Soleil’s window and shade devices are a big part of its sustainability. Two- and three-bedroom floorplans, with options for a den and/or rooftop decks, are the: Mesquite, Saguaro, Ocotillo, Jumping Cholla, and Palo Verde.
“To be modern is not a fashion, it is a state.”
Architects John Labahn and Erik Johnson collaborated to bring Soleil to light. From helping facilitate the beautification of 3rd Street to being the visionary/owner of the multi-faceted culinary experience known as Ocotillo, Labahn has his hands on the city’s pulse. Just as passionate, Johnson is an acclaimed residential designer from Chicago, Illinois. Together, they continue to create new spaces and awe-inspiring opportunities in the Valley of the Sun.
