Cavasson

Cavasson is a 135-acre mixed-use development at Loop 101 and Hayden Road in North Scottsdale. Developed by Nationwide Realty Investors in partnership with Grayhawk Development, the master plan includes approx. 1.8 million square feet of office space, 1,600 residences, hotels, restaurants, retail, green space, and pedestrian-friendly connections. Nationwide Insurance, Choice Hotels International, Meritage Homes, Wells Fargo, and other major employers already have a presence within the district.

Residential real estate is becoming a larger part of the Cavasson plan. Toll at Cavasson adds gated luxury condos/townhomes with private rooftop terraces, while BB Living at Cavasson is planned for 191 attached townhome residences. The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson, Desert Pony Tavern, PITCH, offices, and future retail help round out the mixed-use setting.

Cavasson brings residential, corporate, hospitality, dining, and retail uses together along one of North Scottsdale’s busiest corridors.

• Luxury Condos: Toll at Cavasson is planned as a gated collection of three-story condominium/townhomes residences with two- to four-bedroom floor plans, garages, private rooftop terraces, and resort-style amenities.
• Townhomes: BB Living at Cavasson is planned for 191 attached residences on approx. 18 acres near Legacy Boulevard.
• Residential Plan: Approx. 1,600 residences are included across the larger Cavasson master plan.
• Corporate Offices: Nationwide Insurance anchors the business district, joined by Choice Hotels International, Meritage Homes, Wells Fargo, Edward Jones, Sigma, and other employers.
• Hilton At Cavasson: The hotel and event center adds lodging, meeting space, dining, and Desert Pony Tavern within the development.
• Dining & Retail: PITCH, additional restaurants, services, and future retail are part of the evolving commercial mix.
• Outdoor Connections: Tree-lined pedestrian routes, bicycle paths, green spaces, courtyards, and community gathering areas are incorporated throughout the plan.

Cavasson & The Loop 101 Corridor

The location keeps getting deeper. Banner Health is developing a major Scottsdale medical campus directly across Loop 101 at Hayden Road, with Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, specialty care, imaging, surgery, and a future hospital included in the larger plan. Mayo Clinic’s Scottsdale and Phoenix campuses are also nearby, along with the planned Discovery Oasis biotechnology and research district.

The surrounding corridor adds even more. The Arizona Cardinals are developing a new headquarters and performance center near Scottsdale Road and Loop 101, with a Dignity Health medical campus planned alongside it. Axon’s nearby Scottsdale campus plans include a major headquarters component along with residential, hotel, retail, and mixed-use elements. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, the Scottsdale Airpark, and the broader Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 corridor are also close enough to genuinely matter here.
