Mountain & Desert Living

The elevation and terrain are a big part of Scottsdale Mountain’s identity. Homes are positioned across foothill and desert settings rather than a flat residential grid, creating differences in views, homesite configurations, and architecture from one section of the community to another. Custom estates, remodeled properties, and established single-family homes give Scottsdale Mountain real estate plenty of variety.

The community is also positioned between Scottsdale and Fountain Hills, with access to golf, desert recreation, restaurants, healthcare, and everyday services throughout the surrounding area. For Scottsdale Mountain, however, the defining features remain closer to home: guard-gated real estate, McDowell Mountain scenery, custom homes, hillside settings, and expansive desert and city-light views.
