Desert Ridge is a large master-planned community in North Phoenix centered around Tatum Boulevard and Loop 101. Real estate in Desert Ridge includes single-family homes, luxury condos, townhomes, apartments, and gated neighborhoods. The area also brings together Desert Ridge Marketplace, High Street, CityNorth, the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, golf, dining, shopping, and major employment centers.

A new layer of development is adding to that established foundation. Tellaro by K. Hovnanian Homes is planned for approx. 234 gated single-family homes near the JW Marriott, while CityNorth continues to add offices, residences, retail, restaurants, hotels, and corporate campuses. Luxury condominium living is represented by The Luxe at Desert Ridge, adding another property type to the residential mix.

The Desert Ridge Lifestyle

Desert Ridge has several distinct centers. The Marketplace handles much of the shopping and entertainment, High Street brings restaurants and nightlife, and CityNorth adds a growing business and residential district. Republic Services has established its headquarters there, while Sprouts Farmers Market has added its corporate headquarters and flagship store. That concentration of major employers is part of the broader Headquarters Alley story unfolding along Loop 101.

The surrounding corridor keeps adding depth. Paradise Ridge, east of Desert Ridge, is planned to include the Arizona Cardinals’ new headquarters and training facilities. Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 lead into another major employment and development corridor to the east, while TSMC and the expanding semiconductor sector sit farther west.
