Portico

Portico is a private gated luxury condominium community located within One Scottsdale at the Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 corridor. Developed by Belgravia Group and designed by KTGY, the project includes 112 condominium residences across nine five-story buildings on roughly 5.4 acres. The lower-rise design provides an alternative to traditional high-rise condo living, with enclosed garage parking, private outdoor spaces, and views toward the McDowell Mountains.

Portico condos range from approx. 1,188 to 2,768 square feet, with one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations, including several plans with dens. Residences feature 10-foot ceilings in the main living areas, expansive terraces, Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and concrete construction between floors. Portico was Belgravia Group’s first Scottsdale real estate project, followed by neighboring Atavia.
