From DMB's One Scottsdale 120-acre mixed-use development and Optima McDowell Mountain Village to Whole Foods, The Federal American Grill, and high-end car dealerships, this vibrant hub is poised to grow immensely over the coming years.

This edition of LUXE BLOG (including the photos) will not follow any certain order, nor will it cover EVERYTHING. It does, however, include all kinds of factoids. And it will give you a better idea of what living in this area will be like. Additionally, we left out the obvious spots like Grayhawk, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Quarter, simply to mainly focus on the main four corners of the corridor. This is the area of Scottsdale that seems to becoming the most urban. And that is a BIG thing to say considering Old Town Scottsdale is such an urban environment. With recent events happening in regards to permits and groundwater use in Greater Phoenix, cities such as Scottsdale and Tempe have the infrastructure and mindset to see more vertical-type growth.
