New Portico Construction Photos

Hello everyone. Welcome back to LUXE BLOG. Recently, while taking new construction photos of Optima McDowell Mountain, we noticed Portico rising high (on the other side of the 101). The progress looks fantastic. So, today? We are sharing 10 new photos of the development by Belgravia Group. The reason this is so exciting is this entire area is exploding with billions worth of luxury real estate construction. In addition to Portico (in DMB's One Scottsdale masterplan), The Parque has also recently been approved. Additionally, semiconductor company ASM has purchased 22 acres in the area and The Parque recently achieved full approval. Another development of which to take not is Mayo's Discovery Oasis. The scientific center is yet another incredible addition to an area booming with healthcare and tech growth.
