The Parque

The Parque is a billion-dollar mixed-use development being built on the former CrackerJax site along Scottsdale Road in the Kierland area in Scottsdale. The approx. 32-acre project brings together residences, luxury condos, a five-star hotel, offices, restaurants, retail, public art, and substantial outdoor space. A large central park anchors the plan.

Residential uses will include apartments and for-sale condominium residences. A few hundred luxury condos are contemplated across the larger development, creating a limited ownership component within a much broader residential mix. Approx. 253,000 square feet of commercial space adds offices, dining, retail, and other uses to the project.

The Parque brings together residential, hospitality, business, dining, retail, and outdoor uses within one setting. Buildings are organized around landscaped pedestrian areas, while restaurants and commercial spaces add activity at street level.

The Parque & Scottsdale Airpark

Location carries plenty of weight here. The Parque sits along Scottsdale Road in the Scottsdale Airpark area, close to Loop 101, major employers, private aviation, healthcare, golf, restaurants, and shopping. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, and the broader Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 corridor are all nearby.

For-sale condos will occupy only part of The Parque’s larger residential plan. Apartments, hospitality, offices, restaurants, retail, landscaped open space, and the central park complete the setting. The project adds a significant new concentration of luxury condominium real estate to this part of North Scottsdale.
