On May 12th, 2024, we took new photos of construction progress at Optima McDowell Mountain Village. Phase 1 is well under way and contains Building 7220 and 7230. Located in North Scottsdale, the project is moving fast! We can confirm (see below photos) the subterranean parking garage for building 7220 has reached the second level. Additionally, construction on building 7230 has begun! Lastly, a massive retaining wall can be seen. Here at Williams Luxury Homes, as of May 2024, we have 97 individuals registered at OMMV. With hundreds of millions in sales at Optima projects around 'The Valley' going back nearly 20 years, we know the developer VERY WELL.
