Two miles south of the 101 and Scottsdale Road will be The Parque, a one billion mixed-use high density project.
The growth story also stretches to Hayden Road. Just north of Loop 101 sits Cavasson, a large mixed-use master plan that continues to add offices, apartments, hotels, and new housing. Inside the development, Toll Brothers plans to build Toll at Cavasson, a community featuring 130 townhomes. Just north of Cavasson, Legacy North Townhomes and Apartments are also under construction, adding even more housing to the area. And just south of Loop 101 and Hayden, Axon's planned $1 billion-plus headquarters campus will eventually include a hotel, 600 condos, and another 600 apartments.
