Aaron Auxier Talks Celeb & Sports Div. & Being Chief AI Officer

Talking With Aaron Auxier

Today on LUXE BLOG, we’re talking with someone who means a great deal to all of us at Williams Luxury Homes, Aaron Auxier. Known inside our company as a visionary, Aaron serves as both President of our Celeb & Sports Division and Chief AI Officer. He brings a rare mix of media savvy, luxury real estate experience, and future-focused thinking to the brokerage, and we’re excited to share a little of that here.

WLH: Aaron, let’s start here. What does it mean to you to lead the Celeb & Sports Division at Williams Luxury Homes?

AARON: It means a lot to me. I care deeply about protecting people who live highly visible lives and need real privacy, real trust, and real representation.

WLH: Where did that passion for privacy begin?

AARON: Growing up in Los Angeles. I was always fascinated by those beautiful homes hidden behind gates, trees, and long driveways in places like Sherman Oaks. Privacy felt powerful to me even then.

WLH: Why is celebrity and sports real estate such a natural fit for you?

AARON: Because I understand the lifestyle, the pressure, and the need for discretion. Some clients need more than an agent. They need real protection and smart guidance.

WLH: You also serve as Chief AI Officer. Why was that role so important to you?

AARON: Because artificial intelligence is going to disrupt every industry, including real estate. We wanted to get ahead of it and use it to help our clients do incredible things.

WLH: You were the first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer of any real estate company in the world. What did that mean to you?

AARON: A lot. It was a proud moment for me. It showed that Williams Luxury Homes is willing to move early, think bigger, and embrace the future.

WLH: How do you see AI helping clients in real estate?

AARON: Better branding. Better marketing. Better strategy. Better service. The firms that learn how to use AI well will have a serious edge.

WLH: You’ve also built strong visibility through the media. How big a part of your story is that?

AARON: A very big part. I’ve made more than 50 mainstream media appearances, and that helped me build trust, tell my story, and connect with people in a bigger way.

WLH: What are some of the outlets where people have seen you?

AARON: NBC News, Nat Geo, The Insider, E! Entertainment, Wall Street Journal, Travel Channel, ABC News, Los Angeles Times, CNBC, Forbes, FOX News, New York Times, CBS News, BET, Fortune Magazine, and Entertainment Tonight.

WLH: Did your early years in acting and media help shape the way you work today?

AARON: Absolutely. They taught me storytelling, presence, branding, and how to capture attention. All of that still helps me today.

WLH: What excites you most about where Williams Luxury Homes is headed?

AARON: We’re going in bold new directions. We have major things coming as we finish 2026 and move through the rest of this decade.

WLH: Can you say anything more about what’s ahead?

AARON: Only that there are massive projects coming up, and people should pay attention. It’s going to be an exciting run for Williams Luxury Homes.

WLH: Final thought. What drives you right now?

AARON: Vision. Momentum. And the chance to build something that truly stands apart.
