Today on LUXE BLOG, we’re talking with William Lewis, Founder and CEO of Williams Luxury Homes. With more than two decades in Arizona luxury real estate, William has built a brand known for strong relationships, creative marketing, and access to some of the most sought-after properties in the state. From international investors to professional athletes and business leaders, His work is centered on building strong relationships and helping clients access the right opportunities.

WLH: William, let’s start here. What has kept you so driven in real estate for over two decades?

WILLIAM: I’ve always been competitive, but it goes deeper. I enjoy the strategy, relationships, and helping people access what truly matters. With experience, you see how everything connects, and that’s where the real value is.

WLH: You’ve built WLH into something that feels bigger than a traditional brokerage. What was your vision early on?

WILLIAM: I wanted to create something that wasn’t one-dimensional. Real estate today is marketing, media, relationships, and timing all working together. Building a brand that could operate on all those levels was important

WLH: We’ve noticed recently a lot of your agents have been featured here on LUXE BLOG. Philippe Martinet, your Designated Broker (and skilled attorney), as wel as Eric Arlt, your Director of Operations. You also have a Celeb & Sports Division, an in-house AI department, and WLH Studios. It feels like everyone has their own lane.

WILLIAM: That came from understanding that one person can’t do everything at the highest level. I’ve always believed in bringing in people who are strong in specific areas and letting them operate there. When you build a firm like that, with different strengths and perspectives, it's unique.

WLH: You’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from international investors to athletes and executives. How does that shape your approach?

WILLIAM: Those clients expect a certain level of precision and discretion. They don’t have time for guesswork. It’s about understanding what they need quickly and positioning opportunities the right way. Relationships matter a lot in that space, and over time, that’s what really builds access.

WLH: What are some of the newer projects you’re excited about right now?

WILLIAM: We’re working on several custom luxury homes in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, with pricing that ranges roughly from six to twenty-five million. There are also projects developing in Tempe and other parts of the Valley. It’s a mix of high-end residential and forward-looking development.

WLH: Your brand has evolved quite a bit over the years. How do you see WLH today?

WILLIAM: It’s more dynamic now. It’s not just transactions, it’s marketing, media, and how we present properties to the world. The brand has its own energy, and we’re always building on that.

WLH: Your marketing approach has always stood out. Where does that come from?

WILLIAM: Creativity and attention. You have to understand what makes a property unique and then present it in a way that connects with the right audience. That’s where strategy comes in, and that’s something I’ve always focused on.

WLH: What do clients get when they work directly with you?

WILLIAM: Access, experience, and honesty. I’m direct, and I make sure people understand what they’re walking into. That clarity helps people make stronger decisions.

WLH: Final thought. What drives you right now?

WILLIAM: Growth. Building something that continues to evolve and making sure we’re always operating at a high level. That’s what keeps it interesting.
