WLH: Philippe, let’s start here. What made real estate the right fit for you?

PHILIPPE: For me, it was always about protecting people. Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions someone will make, and I wanted to help clients move through that with confidence and clarity.

WLH: You also come from a strong legal background. How does that shape the way you work?

PHILIPPE: It makes me pay attention to details. Contracts matter. Timing matters. Small mistakes can become expensive problems, so I focus heavily on protecting clients before issues happen.

WLH: As the Designated Broker of WLH, what matters most to you in that role?

PHILIPPE: Responsibility. My job is to protect the brokerage, our agents, and most importantly, our clients. People need to know someone is watching every detail carefully.

WLH: You’ve worked across luxury residential, commercial, land, and international real estate. Does that wider view help your clients?

PHILIPPE: Absolutely. Clients are often thinking beyond one property. They may be looking at investment opportunities, land, or future development, and that broader perspective helps guide stronger decisions.

WLH: You’re fluent in five languages. Has that made a big difference in your business?

PHILIPPE: Very much. Communication builds trust. When clients can speak comfortably and clearly, everything works better. It creates stronger relationships and smoother transactions.

WLH: Arizona continues to attract luxury buyers from everywhere. What stands out to you most?

PHILIPPE: People see long-term value here. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Greater Phoenix offer lifestyle, privacy, and strong investment potential. Buyers are paying attention for good reason.

WLH: What do luxury clients expect today that maybe they didn’t years ago?

PHILIPPE: They expect precision. They want strong advice, fast communication, and someone who understands how to protect their time and privacy. Service has to be sharp.

WLH: How would you describe your personal style with clients?

PHILIPPE: Direct and honest. I believe clients deserve clarity, not pressure. My role is to make difficult decisions feel simpler and better informed.

WLH: Outside of real estate and law, what keeps you grounded?

PHILIPPE: Family, perspective, and staying connected to people. Business moves fast, so balance matters. That helps me stay focused.

WLH: Final thought. What drives you right now?

PHILIPPE: Doing things the right way. Protecting people and making sure every client feels properly represented. That part never changes.
