Good news! North Scottsdale's $1 billion, mixed-use development of Optima McDowell Mountain Village has broken ground. This is TERRIFIC news. With the market being so challenged in 2023, the ground breaking of OMMV is proof positive of Scottsdale's popularity and market strength. It is also important to note that this project is the beginning of a new era for Scottsdale. The city is maturing. And projects such as The Parque, Mayo's Discovery Oasis, ASM's new headquarters (next door to Optima McDowell) are the representation of such.
