Good news! North Scottsdale's $1 billion, mixed-use development of Optima McDowell Mountain Village has broken ground. This is TERRIFIC news. With the market being so challenged in 2023, the ground breaking of OMMV is proof positive of Scottsdale's popularity and market strength.
