Optima McDowell Mountain Construction Photos – October 2024

Topped Off!

Welcome back. The last time we did a Optima McDowell Mountain construction update it was September 12th. Back then, the first building (apartments) was up to the 7th floor. As of late October, 2024, the building is topped off. Also, back in early September, the subterranean foundation pit for the first condo building was not nearly as deep or broad as it was as of late October. This is fantastic news! Because it is up next. And that is also good news. Looking back at when Optima McDowell Mountain went vertical in April, you can see how fast this development went (approx. a floor a month). That's due to Optima Inc. having a proven track record and much experience. Also please notice how close this project is to Loop 101! We like it as this is the most urban project in the history of Arizona.

With 125 prospective buyers registered at this project, we at Williams Luxury Homes are excited.
