Hello everyone! Today, we're giving an update on The Estate Homes at The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley. Lately, a lot of people have been asking about the latest progress. We've been actively visiting the site, conducting hard hat tours, capturing photo updates, and walking through homes as our clients close escrow. The Estate Homes are shaping up beautifully. Construction Progress & Sales Update

The project continues to move forward, with more activity on-site than may appear from the outside. Many workers are stationed inside the homes, making steady progress. Here's what we know:

• 32 Estate Homes planned
• Approximately 15 have already sold
• Clients have begun closing on their villas
• No new updates on The Palmeraie or Fendi Private Residences

This is a major development that has taken years to bring to life, and it’s exciting to see it come together.
