WLH: Emily, let’s start here. What made real estate the right fit for you?
EMILY: For me, it always came back to people. I’ve always been someone who likes solving problems, helping people move forward, and finding answers when things feel complicated. Real estate gives me that every day. It’s personal. It matters. People remember how you made them feel during big moments, and I take that seriously.
WLH: People at WLH often say you’re the person who can get anything done. Where does that come from?
EMILY: Probably from being stubborn in the best way possible. I don’t like loose ends. I like solutions. I like finding the path forward when something feels stuck. Real estate has a lot of moving parts, and clients need someone who stays calm, communicates clearly, and keeps things moving. That part comes naturally to me.
WLH: You know Gilbert especially well since that’s home for you. What makes that market stand out?
EMILY: Living in Gilbert gives me a real feel for how people live there day to day. It has strong community energy, great neighborhoods, and people love how pedestrian friendly many of the areas feel. Old Town Gilbert has its own rhythm, and buyers really connect with that. It helps when you know the area from real life, not just from listings.
WLH: You also stay close to what’s happening around the TSMC corridor. Why is that such a big conversation right now?
EMILY: Because it’s changing everything around it. Buyers are watching that area closely because growth brings opportunity. North Phoenix keeps shifting fast, and people want to understand what that means for home values, future demand, and long-term planning. If you’re not paying attention there, you’re missing a big part of where the market is heading.
WLH: You also know North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley very well. What stands out to you there?
EMILY: Luxury buyers want more than square footage. They care about privacy, lifestyle, location, and long-term value. North Scottsdale has so much movement happening, and Paradise Valley always carries strong demand because people know what it offers. Those areas require a different level of strategy. Clients expect precision there, and they should.

WLH: How important is communication in this business?
EMILY: It’s everything. You can know the market, but if you can’t communicate clearly, clients feel it right away. People want honesty. They want updates. They want someone who listens. A lot of stress disappears when people feel informed. I focus on that every single day.
WLH: What do you want clients to feel when they work with you?
EMILY: I want them to feel like they have someone in their corner. Someone paying attention. Someone protecting their interests. I want people to feel calm and confident, not overwhelmed. Buying or selling a home should feel supported, not chaotic.
WLH: You’re known for finding win-wins. Why does that matter so much to you?
EMILY: Because the best deals happen when people feel respected. Negotiation doesn’t have to feel like a fight. I want strong outcomes, but I also want smart outcomes. There’s usually a better path if you know how to communicate and stay focused on the bigger picture.
WLH: Outside of real estate, what keeps you grounded?
EMILY: Honestly, staying connected to people. Time with family, being involved in my community, and staying close to the lifestyle here in the Arizona real estate market.” That matters. Real estate works better when you actually know how people want to live.
WLH: Final thought. What drives you right now?
EMILY: Growth. Helping people. Doing things the right way. I care about building trust that lasts longer than one transaction. I want clients to know I’m here for the long run, and I want every deal to reflect that.
