Today, we have development news. On September 27th. 2023, The Parque received a 6-0 vote for a recommendation of approval by the Scottsdale Planning Commission.
Is The Parque The Next Big Thing?
The Parque, a mixed-use development, received its first approval. This project is proposed for the site where CrackerJax amusement park used to be.

This development is set to become a hub of activity. Additionally, just north of here is where all of the action is going on with the upcoming Optima McDowell Mountain Village project. As well as the One Scottsdale masterplan by DMB. The masterplan calls for 2.8 million square feet of retail and office space. As well as up to 2,000 residential units, and 400 hotel rooms. This is where the development of Portico by Belgravia Group is located. Basically, the entire area is LOADED with growth.
