New Aerial Photo Of Scottsdale’s The Parque As Of Nov. 2026
No Major Changes At The Parque
We were recently photographing our latest condo listing at Optima Kierland when we had an opportunity to capture some fresh aerial photographs of The Parque development site. As you know, we've covered this Scottsdale project extensively here at Williams Luxury Homes. So, naturally, we wanted to see how things were coming along. The interesting part? As of early November 2026, the land still looks much the same.
A Fresh Look At The Property
Take a look at our latest photograph. The former CrackerJax property along Scottsdale Road remains largely cleared, with no major buildings rising from the site. That's quite a contrast to the substantial mixed-use development planned for this location. The surrounding Kierland and Scottsdale Airpark areas are already filled with commercial activity, making this large stretch of vacant land particularly noticeable from above.
For some perspective, The Parque covers approximately 32.29 gross acres, according to the City of Scottsdale's approved zoning case. The city approved the project's zoning in November 2023, and its Development Review Board approved the first-phase site plans in November 2025. That phase includes 159 residential units along with restaurant, retail, and fitness uses. So, progress has certainly occurred on the planning side. But visually? The property still has a long way to go before the proposed buildings become reality.

What's Next For The Parque?
The larger vision remains substantial. Plans call for luxury condominiums, apartments, commercial space, restaurants, a hotel, and a landscaped central park. It's an ambitious redevelopment of a property that once welcomed visitors for miniature golf, go-karts, and other activities. And the location matters. Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Airpark are nearby, putting the proposed development within an established commercial and residential corridor. Once construction advances, the property could look dramatically different from what you see in today's photograph.
For now, however, we're keeping this update simple. Our new aerial shows the site as it appeared in early November 2026. It doesn't establish whether permitting, engineering, or other behind-the-scenes work has advanced, and we aren't assigning an unconfirmed construction schedule. We'll continue following the project and sharing meaningful developments as information becomes available. In the meantime, readers can find more background, planned features, and project information on our dedicated The Parque page.
