Portico Sales Progress Update

Here at Williams Luxury Homes, we love keeping our eyes on the pulse of the market. Today, once again, we have some new information. As of November 1st, 2022, approximately 60% of the 112 units for sale in North Scottsdale's Portico luxury condo development are reserved. Buyers currently have non-refundable $5,000 deposits down and are expected to execute hard contracts in mid November. At hard contract, prospective buyers will need to put down 10%. Besides options, the rest will be due at closing. Pricing for still-available units ranges from approx. $900,000 to approximately $1.8 million.

Other Items Of Note

• Portico is being developed by Belgravia Group out of Chicago
• The project offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans
• Square footages range from approx. 1,180 to 2,700+ square feet
• First Phase expected to be completed around Q2 2024
• The project will feature a clubhouse, outdoor pool, and fitness center
• Portico is being built within the One Scottsdale masterplan development
