Construction Progress On The Ritz-Carlton - May 2022

Featuring what will become some of highest-end real estate in Arizona, we've been involved with the Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley for many years. Williams Luxury Homes has sold multiple properties at the villas and estate homes. Additionally, we're currently adding names to our VIP Interest List for the upcoming Fall event for the release of the FENDI Private Residences. What this means is we KNOW this resort project VERY well. With the resort aiming for a Q1 2023 opening, we recently did another hard hat tour of the property.

Important to note was the strong progress of the estate homes and villas. Additionally, we even got inside the (empty) 400-foot resort pool. Everything from the ballroom to the landscaping is really coming along well. The subterranean parking at The Palmeraie is all well under way (see the dig below). And last but not least, we took a few shots of the land where ethe FENDI Private Residences will eventually sit.
