We at Williams Luxury Homes love providing all of you construction enthusiasts the latest progress photos of the Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley Resort. In our past two updates we primarily used images we snapped over the fence. This time? We have shots from both above and inside the construction site!

The Latest Information (as of May, 2021)

• The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley Resort has many new friends - palms trees!
• Many of the developments sprinkler and water-feeding systems are now installed.
• The Palm Walk which will take visitors from The Palmeraie to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is fully underway!
• The Estate Homes' Guard House is taking shape.
• Framing for the project's first Estate Home has begun.
• As of May, 2021, over 50% of The Estate Homes are under contract.
