Portico Floorplans Unveiled

With $500 million of luxury condos sold, Williams Luxury Homes knows Scottsdale luxury condos. With that said, we're QUITE EXCITED for the condos soon to go to reservation at Portico North Scottsdale. Not only is Portico North Scottsdale being built in a FAST GROWING location, its developer, Belgravia Group, is TOP-NOTCH. And on 4/22/2022, they released Portico's MUCH-ANTICIPATED floorplans.

Ranging from approx. 1,188-2,768 square feet, there's 6 primary floorplans to choose from (all which have mirrored floorplans). Residences range from 1-bed, 1.5 bath to 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath units. As of right now, pricing has YET to be released, but we're in contact with the sales team consistently.
