3 Final Buildings Released At Portico

Back in May 2022, we shared the initial pricing for first phase Portico condos for sale (located in buildings 3, 7, & 9). Shortly after, buildings 2, 5, & 6 were released. As of late August 2022, developer Belgravia Group has released two- and three-bedroom units for sale in buildings 1, 4, and 8. With the market changing so much, we're happy that interest in Portico has been solid. After just a few months, the project is approx. 60% reserved.
