Hi everyone, welcome back to LUXE BLOG. Things have been pretty busy. Super Bowl weekend was rather interesting to say the least. As things return to normal, we want to point out that Phoenix Agent Magazine has named Portico, a luxury condo project in North Scottsdale, the '2023 Project Of The Year'. This award was the Agents' Choice Award.

As active members of the community, we want to congratulate Portico's developer and sales team! They have had much success, which is good for ALL of us.
