Riveting FENDI Private Residences Construction Site Photos

Exciting New Images

Yesterday, after an important meeting with our Ritz people, we headed over to the construction site. Why? To not only get 50 new Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley photos, but MAINLY to get the first ELEVATED photos (of which we're aware) of the land where the FENDI Private Residences are expected to sit. We took these shots being ON-SITE up about 15 feet off the ground. While we wouldn't necessarily call these aerial photos, they're certainly not ground level.

In addition, while these photos are not taken directly on TOP of the land from where FENDI condo owners will take in their views, it does give us an idea of view potential.

The Parcel Itself

While it is hard to be exact, this is ROUGHLY where the one-of-a-kind, 6-story building will be constructed. It is near the NE corner of the roughly 105-acre, multi-billion-dollar development. This is also the land on which The Palmeraie will be built. For those not familiar with the level of quality for this development, it is EXEMPLARY. Additionally, retail tenants will include some of the most beloved brands in the world. The dining will be top-notch. We could go on and on, but this blog is more about the photos, and the POTENTIAL views.

The New FENDI Marketing Sign

Seeing this new sign is exciting. It shows this project is serious and continues to move forward. Projects of this scope and magnitude take years. Hundreds of outside factors can change the pace of a project. A good example would be what happened to CityCenter in Las Vegas. Having over 150 years combined real estate experience, those of us at Williams Luxury Homes are pleased with what we're seeing.

Regarding Views

We expect the 4th floor to be where the view breaks, but floors 5 and 6 is what it will be all about. Our Celeb & Sports Division already has SEVERAL high-expectation clients registered at this project.
