Due to the fact we've sold multiple residences in both The Villas and The Estates, we're at the project weekly. Additionally, nearly everything you see below has experienced progress and/or wasn't there just two weeks ago. We hope that makes you as excited as us because let's face it, these kind of projects take time.

Lastly, there are more CONSTRUCTION WORKERS on site than it may appear. This is a massive development sprawled out over approximately 122 acres. We literally came across 10 workers deep inside the primary hotel. It's truly fascinating.

Construction update aside, we want to point out that we're VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and DEEPLY CONNECTED with the Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley development team. Soon to come is the groundbreaking of what is expected to become the finest mid-rise condo building in Arizona. That would be the FENDI project :)

Additionally, with only approx. 41 units to be sold and located in The Palmeraie, units will sell fast. In summary, if you want to have a chance at one of these units, especially the penthouses, you want on our FENDI Private Residences Interest List (see link).
