According to CromfordReport.com, over the past several months, Cave Creek has been one of the strongest cities in Greater Phoenix. With a CMI of 114.5, on October 13th, Cave Creek is the 4th strongest performing market in all of Greater Phoenix (behind Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Scottsdale). In comparison, as of Oct. 21st, the worst performing market in Greater Phoenix had a CMI of 51.4 (Buckeye).
