Remaining Ascent Units

As of September 18th, 2024, there are only 12 remaining units for sale at the luxury condo residences Ascent at The Phoenician. Upon completion, there will be five total condominium buildings. The first building was the four-story Mountainside Residences (sold out and consisting of 40 units). The Mountainside Residences are set to be completed and delivered to owners in November or December of 2024. The next two buildings to go for sale were the Camelback Residences (consisting of 60 units with 12 remaining). The Camelback Residences are expected to be completed around June or July 2025. The final condo element will consist of two three-story buildings called Summit by Olsen Kundig (consisting of 63 units). It's worth noting that Summit will sit the highest up on Camelback Mountain and possibly reach prices around $2,000 per square foot. That would possible be a record for residential real estate in the state of Arizona. Summit is not yet for sale so does not count towards total remaining inventory. As noted earlier, below, we've shared the 12 units left at the Camelback Residences as of September 18th, 2024. We've also broken down the most important elements of each unit.
