Aria At Silverstone Site Work Begins As Major Grading Advances
Aria At Silverstone Site Work Begins!
The dirt’s finally moving. After months of quiet reports & curious phone calls, we swung by Aria at Silverstone in early December 2025. This time the ground told a different story. Graders, scrapers, tire tracks. A full site in motion. For a project people ask us about nonstop, this is the update you’ve been waiting for.
Quick Points
-
Fresh site work visible across the full property
-
Aria by K. Hovnanian Homes now officially underway
-
July drive-through showed no activity at all
-
Surrounding master plans shifting fast near One Scottsdale
Fresh Dirt Shows A Shift
Back in July we looped past this corner of North Scottsdale. Nothing stirred. Not a blade of equipment. Just open land sitting south of the future Aria footprint. Now it’s a different scene. The whole property is graded, shaped, & buzzing with early groundwork. You see those deep cuts & clean passes from heavy machinery. You see crews monitoring slopes. You see the start of something real.
-
Pads forming across the site
-
Edges carved for future drainage
-
Early utility paths taking shape
-
Soil pulled, pushed, compacted
-
Trucks lined along the ridge
This is the phase that sets up everything that follows. First comes mass grading. Then utilities. Then the first signs of vertical framing. It’s the quiet early stage, but it’s the stage that determines how the entire neighborhood will flow.

What’s Coming To Aria
Aria at Silverstone, from K. Hovnanian Homes, sits just north of the One Scottsdale master plan. It’s placed right in a corridor that hasn’t slowed once since last summer. This 100-townhome community will add fresh ownership options to a pocket already packed with retail, offices, & pedestrian friendly paths.
-
Two-story townhomes
-
Energy-minded materials
-
Pedestrian friendly layout
-
Central pool area
-
Green pockets throughout
The project is surrounded by San Portales, Vi at Silverstone, Apaloosa Library, medical offices, & a long list of quick-turn errands. It’s a rare spot where you can reach almost anything within minutes.
Movement here matters. The project was approved unanimously. Now the dirt is telling you the real story: the build is moving forward.

It’s a pocket of nonstop momentum. Every few months, something new pops up along this stretch of Loop 101. Aria taps directly into that rhythm, and you feel it the moment you drive the area.
Why We’re Sharing This
We get steady calls about Aria at Silverstone. People want to know if it’s real, if it’s coming, if the site is active. So we went out there ourselves. What we found was a full site in motion. Clean grading. Heavy equipment. Clear preparation across every corner of the property.
