Toll Brothers is building a new luxury townhome community within Scottsdale’s Cavasson development. Known as Toll at Cavasson, this project will bring 135 high-end townhomes to an 11.27-acre site on the northeast corner of Cavasson Boulevard and Miller Road. Toll Brothers focus is on providing sophisticated living environments. The townhome community will include a resort-style pool with outdoor cabanas (each featuring a television with lounge space). The aim is to create a well-rounded residential experience that reflects Toll Brothers’ commitment to luxury and quality.
As far as pricing and timing, Toll Brothers has said units will range between 2-5 bedrooms at approx. 1,965 to 2,672 square feet. Depending on the floor plan, the lock-and-leave townhomes are expected to be priced starting in the high $900s.
Sales for Toll at Cavasson are expected to begin in September 2026.

The Community
Floor plans include the Elysia, Aurelia, Lumina, Aurelia Elite, Polaris. All units will be three stories and feature rooftop decks as well as 2-3 car garages. Limited townhome units will feature small backyards. Units will not include elevators nor include primary bedroom’s on the ground floor.
