OMMV Is Very Vertical!

Hello everyone. Welcome back to one of the most active luxury real estate blogs in Arizona. The last time we did an Optima McDowell Mountain Village construction update was in May 2024 (see link). Back then, things were much different. In fact, only the first two floors of the subterranean component of the first building had rebar and concrete. And now as of mid July 2024? Nearly five floors have been built (including the subterranean component) of the first building which will feature luxury apartments. Also to be seen is the subterranean component of the second building having been dug (this is rumored to be the first condo building of two). Here's the thing about Optima as a developer - they have MUCH experience. Once they get started? Buildings get topped off pretty fast. That's what decades of award-winning development leads you to. Optima McDowell Mountain Village is set to become a landmark project in regards to real estate in North Scottsdale.
