As of late October 2022 there were approximately 618 active single family home resale listings on the market in Chandler, Arizona. This data from this blog excludes condominiums, townhomes, and manufactured homes. The prices of the 618 Chandler homes for sale ranged from $159,000 to $4.1 million. In addition to the 618 active properties, there 12 homes on the MLS under the ‘Coming Soon’ status. These properties ranged in priced from $375,000 to $610,000.
Out of the 17 Greater Phoenix cities individually measured, since the 2022 correction began, Chandler has been pretty consistently performing in the top 5-8. Basically, some areas are being affected harder than others. Looking at data, as of October, Chandler was in the top-5 best performing cities in Greater Phoenix. Does this mean it’s still a seller’s market? No. It’s what we would currently called a balanced market.
