While we don't have a crystal ball, we do understand how serious of a correction we are seeing. Statistically speaking, we are witnessing one of the hardest corrections in the history of Greater Phoenix. And yes, we still have an awesome valley and ecosystem (if you will). However, the reality is the data just keeps falling in favor of buyers. HARDCORE.
