Summit's Limited Time Incentive Program
Hello, everyone, and welcome back to WilliamsLuxuryHomes.com. Here on LUXE BLOG, we are constantly sharing the latest information on the Arizona luxury real estate market. Today, we want to tell you about a limited-time sales incentive program available during the pre-construction process of Summit by Olson Kundig. While we don't know when this incentive will end, we can say that, from how it has been explained to us, it applies only to the next five or so sales beginning on or around mid-March 2026. The incentive is significant: $450,000 off the purchase price of the unit. That creates a rare opportunity for buyers looking to secure a residence in what is expected to be the most high-end luxury condo project built in Arizona history.
So far, the only development we have in the pipeline that could possibly be even more high-end is the Fendi Private Residences at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Paradise Valley. However, at this time, there is no new information available on those residences. Below, we have included the latest inventory, current pricing, and a breakdown of which units have sold as of mid-March 2026, along with additional information about the project itself. If you are interested in trying to secure one of the residences that may still qualify for this incentive, let us know as soon as possible. As we said, this is a limited-time incentive available only on the next five or so sales, from how it has been explained to us.

Ascent At The Phoenician
Ascent at The Phoenician sits against Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale and brings a gated, master-planned setup to one of “The Valley’s” tightest pockets. This is the architect’s first residential project in Arizona, and it shows in the way the buildings meet the desert. Two low-rise structures hold a limited number of residences and penthouses, each shaped with clean lines and materials that mirror Camelback Mountain. The layouts push indoor and outdoor living together, with large openings and strong sightlines across the terrain. Owners step into private amenities and also tap into the Mountain Club nearby. Pricing started high and climbed fast, placing Summit near the top of the condo market in “The Valley.” Availability stays tight, and early demand moved quickly once sales opened.
