Recently, while showing real estate in North Scottsdale, we were able to snap some photos of the nearly 22 acre site of the proposed Optima McDowell Mountain Village project. Located on Scottsdale Road just south of the 101, if fully approved by City Council in December, this project will become one of the most popular real estate developments in Arizona. Scottsdale Is Evolving

While by no means is Scottsdale designed to feature 50-story skyscrapers, it's nice to see some vertical growth being planned or taking place. Calling for three 9-story and three 10-story buildings, this planned project is quite exciting. Located next to a major freeway, medical centers, and a city vibe, Optima McDowell Mountain Village is the FIRST project of it's kind in Scottsdale. We look forward to seeing how this entire region looks in five years time.
