We'd have to look back to July 12, 2022 to see the last time we did an inventory update for single family detached homes for sale in Paradise Valley. In that edition of LUXE BLOG (found below), there were 102 SFR listings on the market in PV. As of September 6th, 2022, there are 120 homes on the market. Out of all 17 cities in Greater Phoenix, Paradise Valley remains the strongest seller's market market (with Buckeye coming in as the strongest buyer's market). Out of the 120 Paradise Valley homes for sale, prices ranged from $1,285,000 to $30,600,000.

Additionally:

• Square footages ranged from 920 sq. ft. to 26,393 sq. ft.
• Price per square foot ranged from $369.73 to $2661.96
• Number of bedrooms ranged from 1 to 9
• Number of bathrooms ranged from 1 to 15
