Comparing Scottsdale’s Most Expensive Condo Developments
PPF & Most Expensive Penthouses
How've you been? As you may know, LUXE BLOG is the place to go for all things opulent and extravagant. Today, we're delving into the Scottsdale real estate market. To be more specific, we're going to give you the lowdown on the most expensive condo projects in Scottsdale.
Whether sleek and modern or more on the elegant side, we're going to focus on price-per-foot (PPF) as well as which buildings have and/or could have the most expensive penthouses. Why are we doing it that way? As just one example, some buildings may be cheaper PPF wise yet feature very rare penthouses that sell for top dollar. Bottom line is this, the below list is our PERSONAL OPINION on which projects are the most "baller".
The Main Scottsdale Projects
These are the main projects completed, underway, or planned for Scottsdale. Some of these projects range widely in PPF costs, others have not broken ground. What this means is this guide is NOT PERFECT. So blam, here are are thoughts.
- Scottsdale Waterfront
- Portico
- Optima Camelview Village
- Optima Kierland
- ICON At Silverleaf
- Optima McDowell Mountain Village
- Ascent At The Phoenician
- FENDI Private Residences
As You Noticed
Scottsdale Waterfront was the most affordable (and least desired TBH) while the FENDI Private Residences were the most expensive. To be clear, no project on this list compares to FENDI. While ICON and Ascent are very high-end projects, they still get beat by FENDI. In regards to Portico, its hard to place it. That is because sales are just now converting from reservation to hard contract. Also, it's hard to place Portico as resales at Optima Camelview Village have a higher discrepancy in regards to PPF.
We also want to point out that pricing for Optima McDowell Mountain Village has yet to come out. We can safely assume it will be more expensive PPF than all the properties listed above it. To be clear, it will be the first of its kind. Lastly, it's important to note that Ascent and FENDI are the ONLY developments located in resorts.
