Banner Health is set to transform a 48-acre site near Loop 101 and Hayden Road with an ambitious $400 million project. The first phase, Banner Health Center Plus, recently received unanimous approval from Scottsdale’s Development Review Board. This development adds to the explosive growth in the Scottsdale Road & Loop 101 Corridor, home to projects like ASM’s headquarters, Optima McDowell Mountain Village, and Axon’s new corporate campus.
