Soleil Construction Is Coming Along!
Recently while visiting the construction site of our project Soleil, we took photos of the incredible construction progress. While you can learn more about the 20-unit townhome development below, we want to share the latest in construction. Soleil consists of four building (A, B, C, and D). As of mid July 2024, buildings A, B, and C are for sale with prices ranging from $799,000 to $899,000 (building D is not yet released for sale to the public). All four buildings are topped off. Building C is drywalled and painted with the model unit getting its kitchen installed at the end of July. Once the kitchen is installed, it will become the model and be open for live tours! As far as our first deliverable units? They are planned for the end of 2024. Soleil is in a fantastic location, features great views, and enjoys close proximity to pro sports, the airport, great restaurants, and lots of entertainment.
