WLH Launches In-House Artificial Intelligence Department

Pioneering AI In Real Estate

The real estate industry is at a critical juncture in an ever-evolving world. With legal challenges and DOJ investigations into the National Association of Realtors, coupled with the advent of AI, the industry is in flux. Back in May 2023, we announced the launch of our new in-house AI department called ‘WLH AI’. Since then, we have been perfecting the department. And that’s a good thing. Because AI is quickly embedding itself into EVERY industry on earth. Even better? Most companies do not have access to the right talent to build out such a division. There simply isn’t enough talent out there yet. But we have it. And that’s great for our Arizona real estate clients.

The rise of AI, mainly since OpenAI’s ChatGPT emerged, has accelerated the timeline to artificial general intelligence (AGI), which is now anticipated to POSSIBLY happen as early as 2025. This seismic shift needs to be addressed mainly in real estate, an industry often perceived as outdated. Williams Luxury Homes recognizes this transformative era and has established an in-house AI division, WLH AI, to navigate these changes.

What Is Artificial Intelligence?

AI’s journey from a novel idea to a revolutionary force shapes our UNDERSTANDING of its impact.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, yet real estate largely remains in denial. The notion that AI will never replace human roles is a MISCONCEPTION. As we move closer to AGI, the real estate landscape will face unprecedented changes.
